Grants for Books

Without books, it would be hard for people to gain more knowledge. That is why it is important to support book authors in their work to create quality books for students and children. However, it is also very important to keep the schools and libraries stocked with a sufficient number of books that will empower many people. And this is why there are so many grants for books available today.

The Laura Bush Foundation

The Laura Bush Foundation started way back in 2002. The foundation aims to provide the less-privileged and in-need schools as well as libraries with quality books and funding for programs. The assistance that deserving schools or libraries may receive differs based on the evaluation of the foundation. The deadline for the application for the grant usually falls on the 31st of December every year. You can visit the website ( for more information. You can call the foundation at 202-955-5890.
