What is San Antonio Area Foundation?

Since its inception in 1964, the San Antonio Area Foundation has been a partner in philanthropy with a growing network of dedicated individuals, families, businesses, and community groups. Established through a trust created in memoriam to San Antonio business leader and philanthropist Nat Goldsmith, the Area Foundation’s mission is to help donors achieve their charitable goals for the greater benefit of the community. Today, the San Antonio Area Foundation is one of the top community foundations in Texas.
