Who are eligible for Billings Community Foundation Grant?

Applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c) (3) organization.
  • Submit only one application per organization, per year.
  • Organizations in Yellowstone, Carbon, Bighorn, Musselshell, Stillwater and Treasure counties are eligible to apply.

How much is the average grants awarded by Billings Community Foundation?

The average grant size being given is around $500 to $2,000.

How to apply for Billings Community Foundation Grant?

Application Package:

  • Cover sheet (enclosed)
  • Copy of 501(c)(3) designation letter
  • List of board members, address, telephone number and email address.
  • One-page project budget
  • No more than a two-page narrative description of the project explaining tangible community impact and how this project will help the community address its future.
