The Innovative Technology Education Fund is based in St. Louis and is operating as a private, nonprofit, charitable foundation. ITEF is a license holder of FCC’s 4 Educational Broadband channels located in St. Louis, Missouri. The mission of the foundation is to connect educators to the technological resources in order to ensure their students long-term success.
