Grants for Agricultural Innovation in Southern Sudan

The USAID/Sudan aims to develop an innovative alliance that will strengthen the agricultural organizations among the private and public sectors that is why they are sponsoring grants to help improve areas of interest such as harvesting, crop production, irrigation utilization, processing and storage, transporting agricultural goods, marketing and health management of livestock, and marketing infrastructure with particular attention to using and applying gender analysis for the implementation of all the components in the program.

The alliances are expected to make other cross-cutting issues that are important to USAID and this includes alleviation of poverty, conflict mitigation and support to youth, indigenous groups, women, and people with disabilities. The grant is open to any type of group or entity but is subject to further clarification upon inquiry.
